So what can we actually fix?

Grouped by what you are trying to achieve, because that is how the decision actually gets made. The work listed underneath is the mechanism, not the point.

Nobody buys analytics. They buy knowing which half of the budget is working. Every group below starts with the business outcome, and lists the tools we would reach for to get there.

Questions

What people ask before they call.

If yours is not here, ask it directly. You will get a straight answer, not a sales sequence.

What happens on the first call?

Twenty minutes, and mostly you talk. Before the end we tell you which part of the customer journey looks weakest and what we would look at first. You get that whether or not you hire us, and there is no deck.

Do we need a new website?

Often not, and we will tell you when the answer is no. Plenty of the time the site is fine and the problem is that nobody can find it, or that what it says is not aimed at anyone in particular. A rebuild has to earn itself against the cost of leaving things alone.

Do you manage Google and Meta advertising?

Yes: strategy, creative, the page it points at, and the tracking that shows what the spend produced. If ads are the wrong first move because people are dropping off somewhere else, we will say so before taking the budget.

How much does it cost?

Quoted on scope, so the honest answer is that it depends what needs fixing. You see a fixed price and a written list of what is included before anything starts. No hourly surprises.

Are we locked into a long contract?

No. Project work ends when the project ends. Ongoing work runs month to month and you can stop it. We would rather keep the work by being worth keeping.

Can we start with one small thing?

Yes, and usually that is the sensible way in. Start with whatever is costing you the most, see how we work, decide from there.

Can you guarantee we rank number one on Google?

No, and anyone who does is selling you something. We control the site, the content, the technical health and the local presence. Google controls the ranking. What we can do is make you genuinely the best answer to the search.
